This Lo-impact, Hi-Energy class offers fitness to every level teaching basic kickboxing skills to increase strength, stability, endurance, and confidence, while burning an amazing 800 calories per hour!

Body Shaping

No Wimps Allowed! This is a total body workout utilizing the exercise balls, tubes, weights, and your own body resistance to improve muscle tone and increase strength and endurance. Remember the more muscle you have the more calories you burn.

Yoga

Traditional Hatha Yoga mixed with Iyengar and Ashtarga practices. The union of spirit, mind, and body through breath.

Cardio Jam

It's fun, It's fast, and best of all it burns fat! This hi-intensity, lo-impact class will keep you on your toes with more traditional aerobic choreography.

Step Basic

This easy to follow class teaches you all of the basic moves used in step choreography to give you a solid foundation to prepare you for more advanced step classes.

This Cardio workout utilizes the step by Reebok to buils combinations that challenge you both mentally and physically and keeps the fat burning even after the workout is over.

Power Mix

This class offers a little bit of everything including segments of step, Hi/Lo aerobics, and resistance training to give you an overall workout.

Step Circuit

This circuit training class has 4 minute step segments followed buy 2 minutes of resistance training to increase calorie expenditure and maximize your workout.

Tai Chi

Yang Style (short form). Chinese form of internal martial arts - Emphasis on breathing and the flow of internal energy. This class is very low impact - perfect for stress relief, relaxation and energizing the body from within.

Note to All Participants:
Remember to pace yourself and know your limitations. Listen to cues from the Instructor on how to modify or change a move to make it more suitable for your fitness level. You should never feel "out of breath" or unable to talk during a workout. This is a clear sign that you need to slow down or make adjustments. Make sure to bring a water bottle and drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after a class. Please feel free to speak with the instructor to answer any questions you may have. Remember this is your workout, and we want you to be satisfied 100%!
