This Lo-impact, Hi-Energy class offers fitness to every level
teaching basic kickboxing skills to increase strength, stability, endurance,
and confidence, while burning an amazing 800 calories per hour!

tubes, weights, and your own body resistance to improve muscle tone and

Style (short form). Chinese form of internal martial arts - Emphasis on
breathing and the flow of internal energy. This class is very low impact -
perfect for stress relief, relaxation and energizing the body from within.

Note to All Participants: Remember to pace yourself
and know your limitations. Listen to cues from the Instructor on how to modify
or change a move to make it more suitable for your fitness level. You should
never feel "out of breath" or unable to talk during a workout. This is a clear
sign that you need to slow down or make adjustments. Make sure to bring a water
bottle and drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after a class. Please
feel free to speak with the instructor to answer any questions you may have.
